Category: Let's talk

So I'd probably accurately say that I'm a perfume whore. what's everyone's favourite? or latest find? I'm in love with Coach's original fragrence--I usually don't buy the same perfume twice, but I think this one will be a staple in my collection.

My favorite perfume is Adidas. They have a few sents for women. the one I have is called Pure lightness. I had one that I got for christmas about three yerrs ago that I liked and I can't remember what kind of adidas perfume that was. I also like sweet pea. It's a perfume that a store called bath and body works carries. Mmm!!! I love their stuff.

lmfao, well, as the first poster said, I too am a perfume whore. Hmmm, but let's see if I can name a few... Moves made by Adidas, mombo, vanilla fields, and vanilla musk, Sweet pea, Night blooming Jazmin, Plumaria (or however it's spelled) Sun Ripened raspberry, Fresh water cucumber, (can you tell where I shop?), cool water, Aspen for women, (but you can't find it anymore) Salene Dion, (both kinds), Stetson for women, Oh dear, there are really too many to list here. There are quite a few more, but I can't remember the names at the moment. If they come to me, I'll be back.

I love perfume. wear something different every day depending on my mood. I like a lot of the bath and body works stuff; particularly the vanilla scents, mango mandarin, sweet pea, cucumber melon. Victoria secret's dream angel heavenly. cool water. I have several perfumes that I like but cant remember the names. I have too much of this stuff to name, a whole shelf devoted to it in my bathroom.

I like stuff from Bath & Body and Victoria Secret too. Vanilla, Cucumber Melon, Candy Apple, Dream Angels, and Pleasures by Estee Lauder.

I'm not too huge into perfume. I find a kind I like, and stay with it. My all-time favorite was a scent called Bodacious, and you could only get it at City Looks salon. But they discontinued it, which bummed me out. My Mom had one called Obsession, and I liked that. The one I wear now is the Velocity fragrance, by Mary Kay.

Ruby by Elizabeth Taylor, one by Escada, either called Spirit or Sport, I can't remember. sadly I can't afford perfume these days but always liked trying new kinds. I think I also liked the one called Navy.

Oh, definitely like B and BW! especially winter candyapple--delicious! I also like 'Real' by American Eagle. Back when I was in highschool, I loved Lancome's 'Miracle' and estee Laudre's 'Pleasures Intense'.

I don't really care for hillery duff as a singer but her perfume smells great. I got it for christmas this year.
I also like cool water, a few bath and body works sents like sweet pea and strawberies and shampaine. and there's something else I got for christmas that is nice. can't remember the name. I'll have to ask someone what it is.

Post 11 by Sword of Sapphire (Whether you agree with my opinion or not, you're still gonna read it!) on Monday, 23-Feb-2009 17:49:03

I'm not really all that into perfume. I only own a couple bottles, and that's it. I only wear it when I'm attending a dance or some other special event.
I like Bath and Body Works also. I mainly get lotion and hand cream from there. But my favorite perfume is cucumber melon. I own some other raspberry fragrance, but I don't know its name.
And I can't stand vanilla! I hate the word, scent, and taste. It's really annoying.

Oo! Anything priceless, lol. Hypnose, True Star, Bodyshop's Oceanus or Narolie Jasmine body mists which basically do the same things and have the same effects as perfumes. Also Dewberry body mist/perfume oil from Bodyshop, Safari, the real one not the fake one, um, cool woman, Hugo, Ysatis, Amarige, I have all of these in my fast growing collection.

Burberry for Women makes this pefume that used to be caled London. I have it, and it's just Burberry for Women, I think. It's a very nice scent. I've smelled the Cool Water for men, not for women. I'm very picky about my perfumes though.

I also like Cool atter for woman, Charley Gold, Charley Silver, Darling by Kylie Minogue, Provocative Woman by Elizabith Ardon and some other ones. If I remember them I will come back.

my faves are india hicks island living and island nights. both are by crabtree and evelyn. i also love the black amethyst by same company. does anyone have a jasmine they like? Last summer I purchased a bottle from a perfumer in the marketplace in charleston. It was the best i've ever smelled. Since then, I can't seem to find it anywhere, the scent i mean. Help!!!

for the lady who said she didn't like vanilla, I'm with you there. If I wanted to smell like a sugar cookie, I'd bake some and eat them. also they smell horribly on me.

Damn it, I forgot Charlie and also Chloe. Got those as well, just loads of those little sample bottles full of most of the above-mentioned perfumes. I just love trying everything for size, lol.

I am not just a perfume whore, but a serious one at that. However, I'd say hands down, my favorite perfume of all time is Carla Fracci, by Carla fracci. Some othersI also enjoy are warm vinella sugar, and velvet tuborose. they're both from the the bath and body works collection.

Post 21 by Polka dots and Moonbeams (I've now got the bronze prolific poster award! now going for the silver award!) on Thursday, 05-Mar-2009 13:36:36

Oy, I am so picky about purfume. I have no desire to smell like something baking or something from a fruit orchard! No thanks!

I use to love love Victoria's secret whispering mist. I'm so sad it is gone! I still have 2 candles of the sent that haven't bent burnt; oy, they smell wonderful! This beautiful blend of not too girly, but not a man's fragrance.

Unfortunately, a man's sent is what I prefer. Though, I'm a bit uncomfortable wearing them.

Is anyone good at understanding notes of a perfume? I've tried to shop that way and pick out a sent. I truly enjoy the sent of lavender. I'd love a perfume that is clean and fresh.

I use to use the apple sent from victoria's secret. That was great for the summer time!

Lately, I've been wearing all the products from dove. My fave is the cherry blossom and almond. It's rather girly, but for some reason, I love it! I wish dove would do the whole thing, body wash, lotion, and body spray! I'd be set, for now!

I'm open to suggestions, please continue to list your faves.

Oops, for the person looking for jasmond... I think bath and bodyworks has a sent called moonlit pathes or something. If I remember correctly, it had a jasmond tone to it.

Post 23 by turricane (happiness and change are choices ) on Friday, 06-Mar-2009 20:15:00

you are absolutely moonlight path does have a jasmine tone. they also used to have jasmine vanilla but stopped carrying a lot of it. thanks.
